MY STORY
My name is Naomi Sherwood
I’m 27 and living in South West London.
My mum suggested I start cross stitching as a way to distract my hands from an obsessive compulsion to pull my hair out (trichotillomania) The first thing I stitched was a small dog and it looked awful… But I loved it! A few months later, I wanted to give a gift to my church so began a bigger project to design a cross stitch pattern of our newly renovated building.
This inspired the idea to design and sell patterns of other churches! And now I can’t walk past a church without imagining how I’d stitch their windows or arches
Workshops
One of the things I love to do is run workshops on cross stitch
As sessions at conferences or break out groups at Church weekends away.
